Every legend has a filing cabinet. Here's ours. We're going to step out of the universe for a minute, because you deserve to know who's actually behind this.

Five years in the Field
Rufus T. Bulldog wasn't approved overnight. It took five long years of persistent "no's" and unwavering determination before the tide turned. A lawyer finally instructed to build something real and showcase to the world, the existence of Rufus T. Bulldog; Colonel, if you please. So I took action; this site went live and soon after the necessary paperwork was submitted. After five years of dedication, the name that refused to fade into obscurity was officially approved for character licensing.
How This Started
Rufus T. Bulldog began as a tee shirt design. One tee, one bulldog, done. To protect the IP, M.A. Wallace wrote him into a short story titled "Meet Rufus T. Bulldog". The intent was to put him under Tee Shirt & Printing class. However, when filing the trademark application, the cartoon and licensing class was mistakenly selected. This misstep marked the beginning of the five year journey towards registration. Along the way, Rufus T. brought some friends into the fold leading to the creation of the Blazing Bulldogs universe.
The Vision
That initial mistake forced me to expand my vision. The question I had to answer was "If I take this serious, what can this become?" I encourage each of you not to see mistakes not as setbacks, but as opportunities that can lead to unexpected opportunities. Each character has a personal connection for me. For example; naming the lead female protagonist after my mother Betty. Rufus T. evolved into more than just a mascot on a shirt. He feels like my child. Rufus T. is not a mascot bolted onto a shirt. He is the reason the merch exists. Episode One is the briefing. The apparel is the insignia you can actually wear.

The Blazing Bulldogs universe and Episode One were created by M.A. Wallace - author, public speaker, and founder of Blaze Holdings LLC, the New Mexico company behind Blazing Bulldogs Tees.

Apparel - printed on demand in the U.S.
Our tees and hoodies are printed by Printful, our production partner, at their U.S. facilities - on Bella+Canvas 3001 blanks, the industry standard for soft, well-fitting, made-to-last tees. Nothing is printed until you order it, which means zero waste and no warehouse of stale stock.
Gear - built by an American institution.
Our dog tags are stainless steel, produced by Logo Tags, a division of Ball Chain Manufacturing Co., Inc - a company whose name tells you exactly how long they've been making the real thing. The same style of tag hangs around the neck of every recruit who joins the pack. One honest heads-up; because apparel is printed on demand and gear is stocked, orders containing both may arrive in two packages with separate tracking. Same mission, two dropships. You'll get tracking for each.
