Are these items made to order?
Yes. Each item is made after your order is placed and fulfilled by Printful.

How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Apparel ships from our print partner Printful, and limited-run gear like dog tags ships separately — so multi-item orders may arrive as separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each package as it ships.

Can I exchange sizes?
If the size isn't right, you can return the unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund — then simply place a new order for the correct size. Because every piece is made to order, we handle size changes as a return plus a new purchase rather than a direct swap. And if we sent the wrong size or there's a manufacturing issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll help resolve it.
