Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. During holidays, promotions, or high‑order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

U.S. shipping rates

Shipping rates for U.S. orders are shown at checkout.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of  over $60  (before tax and after discounts).
From time to time we may run additional shipping promotions; any active offer will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery times

After processing, standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or issues that result from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

International shipping

At this time, we only ship to U.S. shipping addresses. 

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blazeholdingsllc.net.

We can usually cancel an order if you contact us before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be able to request a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Digital products

Digital items (such as our Episode One digital download) are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically. Because they are made available immediately, they are non‑returnable and non‑refundable except in cases of technical issues we are unable to resolve.
